This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. its value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and quality of service provided. Secondly, the hotel's location was a major plus. It was very close to the beach and within walking distance of the old town, restaurants, and even a supermarket. Lastly, the rooms with breakfast were fantastic, especially with the added bonus of a balcony. The breakfast spread was impressive and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

All was great, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was clean and good size. Happy with breakfast. Grado's historical section is beautiful.

Parking is a little complicated. The promised free bycicle does not exist,you have to walk a long way to the city center or even to a restaurant. Owner or caretaker was most of the time in bad mood and unfriendly.

The walls were quite thin, and noise from neighboring rooms could be heard easily. , the parking lot was small and often full, which made finding a spot difficult.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The beach was just a stone's throw away, and the hotel provided free bicycles to ride to nearby attractions. Furthermore, this city had a great restaurant called Delfino Blue nearby and a convenient supermarket just a few steps away.
